One of the biggest problems with a work from home business, is staying focused. As there can be many distractions, kids, partners,phone calls,pets, the list can go on and on. So the trick is to assign a certain amount of quality time to work effectively. I lock my self away in my office/ spare bedroom, turn off the phone! I make a to do list of the items that i need to acheive that day and cross them of my list one at a time. I set a target and then when I reach it I reward myself with a 5 mins break. I strech my legs with a walk around my garden and some fresh air!

visited a company today that specialises in offline marketing. designs bespoke artwork for flyers and business cards etc. and also offer a SEO package which will increase your profile on search engines. Its not a cheap option. I was quoted a price of about £1000 for my needs, I will use my next £1000 for my next PPC campaign

Just done some free adverising today, there is a multitude of ways that you can promote your business off line, it just takes a little imagination. Flyers and place business cards in high traffic areas eg, local post office, takeaway outlets ect.

Hi, just a quick update to let you all know of the exciting news I have regarding my new business venture. Since leaving the RAF after 10 years following my brain injury, I was left with a permenent disablity.
